February marks Black History month for the African Americans living in the US and a five year old, identified as Rosie has found a better way to salute black icons.
The young internet sensation started dressing up and emulating African celebrities last year, with her mother sharing them on social media.
According to her mother, the daughter started doing the videos last year and the response was so overwhelming so they decided to do it again this year.
Rosie kicked off this month emulating the political icon Stacey Abrams who was one of the key persons who helped President Joe Biden clinch black votes in the state of Georgia.
This is what she posted on her Instagram page:
Since she started dressing up like celebrities, she has emulated the late Cicely Tyson, Tina Turner, Rosa parks, Aretha Franklin, Serena Williams and Whoopi Goldberg.
Singer Tina Turner shared on her Instagram page how thrilled she was to see a five year old rock up and completely embody her style. She said:

Rosie, it was wonderful to see you on @goodmorningamerica, you are fantastic, go for your dreams! Sending you big hugs, Tina Ps. Oh, and I love the costumes!''
She also got a shout out from Whoopi Goldberg during their talk show where she shared her reaction upon seeing the young girl emulate her style and do it right.
