One of the early video clips that emerged online was about a male student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology who was captured crying in a dormitory after his girlfriend allegedly dumped him.

The video of the male KNUST shedding uncontrollable tears on his bed went viral but that was not the last to be seen.

A video showing another young man eating banku with coke after his girlfriend allegedly jilted him surfaced on social media.

The young man was videoed lamenting as he claimed that his girlfriend cheated on him.

Recently, a young man who went into a state of severe depression was captured after he jumped into a poly tank to cry after he allegedly suffered a broken heart.

The videos going viral appear to indicate that more young men have experienced heartbreaks from their female partners in the first quarter of the year.
