News reaching YEN.com.gh indicates that all persons including journalists have been sacked from the courtroom ahead of judgement on the Achimota School-Rastafarian students' case.
The incident happened at the Human Rights Division of the Accra High Court.
The time for the judgement on the case was reportedly rescheduled from 9 am to 2 pm today, May 31, 2021.
However, few minutes to 2 pm, there were announcements from the court clerk and the police officer to the court that, all persons who are not directly involved in the case including journalists should walk out.
Students of St. Paul in Akyem Kukurantumi impound matron’s taxi transporting stolen food items from campus
Tyrone Marhguy filed a suit against the Achimota School’s decision not to admit him over their dreadlocks.
The Achimota school demanded that both Tyrone and Oheneba cut off their dreadlock before they would be admitted into the school.
Out of anger, their parents took to social media to lash out at the school for its refusal to admit the students because of their hair.
In other news, students of St. Paul Technical School in Akyem Kukurantumi have reportedly confiscated a taxi cab hired by the school’s matron to transport stolen foodstuffs from the school’s kitchen.
In a report sighted on Starrfm.com.gh, the irate students impounded the taxi cab on Sunday, May 30, 2021.
The students of the Akyem Kukurantumi-based school in the Abuakwa North Municipality in the Eastern Region who were armed to the tooth with stones and sticks surrounded the taxi cab with the registration number AS 3074-15 when it attempted transporting the foodstuffs outside the campus.

They deflated all the tyres of the cab. The driver and the matron, named only as Comfort fled and left the car.
