According to Abusuapanin Kofi Fosu, the singer closed the docket on his will before his demise on July 26, 2025.

He stated that everything has been delegated to his Daddy Lumba's lawyers.
Kofi Fosu felt the need to shed light on Daddy Lumba's will because of the rising disputes after his death.
There seems to be a rift between the singer's widows, Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni, Daddy Lumba's first and second wives.
A rift between Daddy Lumba's sister Faustina Fosu and his Odo Broni came to light during he one week held in honour of the late singer.
According to Daddy Lumba's family head, no amount of grudges can undo what the late singer has already put into his will.
"We need peace as we prepare for the funeral. I've already said, if all this quarrel is because of Daddy Lumba's properties, you should know that everything has already been shared, he cautioned.
In Akan tradition, the Abusuapnin is a leader, mediator, and custodian of family affairs, with responsibilities including making decisions, resolving disputes, overseeing property, maintaining cultural norms, and linking the family to the broader community and its spiritual heritage.

Abusuapanin told the truth and should had only one widow or kuna and 3 baby mamas simple to prevent all this. But that Roman father caused confuse saying first wife and second wife to disrespect Maame Serwaa. Odo Broni should sit down some where and stop all the drama at the one week to bring peace."
