Ghanaian prophet De Lighter Roja stirred controversy after blasting colleague prophet, Karma President.

The attack came after Karma President previously expressed doubts over the validity of his ‘gift’.
Prophet Roja gained nationwide prominence in Ghana after foreseeing doom ahead of the late Defence Minister, Dr Edward Omane Boamah.
In a viral video shared days before the helicopter crash that killed the Minister and seven others, the man of God asked for Omane Boamah to call him.
He said danger lay ahead of him, and he needed certain spiritual interventions.
After Omane Boamah’s death, the video resurfaced on social media, leading to widespread acceptance of Roja’s prophetic powers.
Prophet Roja also prophesied about a plane crash in the latter part of July, although the fatal crash happened in August and involved a helicopter.
In a viral video, Karma President pointed out discrepancies in certain parts of Prophet Roja’s prophecy.

The video was a repost of a follower of Prophet Roja’s, who blasted Karma President.
In his caption, Prophet Roja also jabbed Karma President, asking why he felt he had the standing to doubt his prophetic powers.

Ghanaians shared mixed reactions to the feud between Prophet Roja and Karma President.
Some praised Roja and expressed support for his jab at his colleague, while others said there was validity to the criticisms of the popular prophet.

Prophet Roja flexes after accurate Akwatia prophecy
Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Prophet Roja reacted after a prophecy he made concerning the Akwatia by-election came to pass.
Bernard Baidoo of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) won the September 2, 2025, by-election held in the Akwatia constituency by defeating the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP)'s candidate, Solomon Kwame Asumadu.
Prophet Roja shared a video of his prophecy, made weeks before the by-election, juxtaposed with a declaration of the results, as a demonstration of his prophetic powers.
