In an interview with Joy Prime, she cited Shatta Wale's spiritual influence as a key reason for her admiration, and not just because he has a large fanbase.
The singer described a potential joint project as an exciting meeting of her faith-based ministry and Shatta Wale's high-energy dancehall sound.
"The main reason I want to collaborate with Shatta Wale is that I love how he prays for his people and supports them. Whenever he asks them to pray, I admire that," she said.
Obinim suggested that such a partnership could open gospel music to mainstream audiences who might otherwise never engage with faith-based content, positioning the collaboration as more than just a musical experiment.
