Some hours after Medikal's freestyle, Sister Derby has released a song which subtly speaking to the issues leading to their breakup.

In the song titled 'Kakalika Love', Derby tells the story of a woman who has been disappointed by her lover and was asking questions.

One of the critical questions she asks is 'whether the two lovers (obviously referring to Medikal and Fella) were cockroaches to be hiding their love from the public'.

Remember that though Medikal and Fella have for a long been rumoured to be in an intimate relationship, they have always claimed to be 'besties'.

To clear any doubts of who the 'diss' song is for, Derby's chorus goes like 'don't lie to me if you don't love laimomo (old flame)'.

She also reveals that her 'laimomo' (Medikal) had stored the new lover's (Fella) contact as 'carpenter' in a bid to deceive her.

Derby then warns Fella Makafui that, just as he was able to leave her for her, then he will do same to her, so she should enjoy it while it last.

The song which features Efo Chameleon has been garnering a lot of attention since it was released.
