Mrs Rita Prah, the wife of Kumawood actor and pastor, Apostle John Prah, has angrily reacted to 'wedding photos' involving her husband and actress Nayas which went viral on social media and caused confusion among some Ghanaians.
The wife of the preacher, who appeared peeved over the incident, took to Facebook to comment on the photos posted by Nayas, which the actress captioned, “In his time he makes all things beautiful.”
Mrs Prah, who was well aware of the publicity stunt being pulled by Nayas, made her stance in the pastor's life clear and revealed the repercussions her (Nayas') action had on their marriage.
"Cheap popularity is bad. I am the wife, I can’t share my husband pls. This why I married a true man of God. Our love ones outside are really hurt by this," Mrs Prah wrote in the comment section.
Not too long ago, YEN.com.gh reported a story on the photos of Nayas and Apostle John Prah, which suggested that they were married.
Many Ghanaians took to social media to express their shock and confusion after the supposed 'wedding' photos emerged online, suggesting that Kumawood actress Nayas 1 and actor Apostle John Prah had married each other.
In one of the photos, Nayas, in a beautiful gown, was seated, while John Prah in his nice suit bent over her as they looked each other in the eyes.
However, it has come to light that the photos were just a publicity stunt by Nayas to promote her new movie, which starred the preacher and actor.
Nayas 1 was in the news some time ago following her brawl with gospel singer Ernest Opoku.
The actress revealed that the singer lured her to abort her pregnancy with him, adding that he also milked her dry.
To show how furious she was with Ernest Opoku, Nayas 1 stormed the studios of Joy FM to lash him while he was having a live worship programme on radio, with canes.
