6 big Daddy Lumba songs that must be played at Anokye Supremo's funeral
YEN.com.gh reported earlier that highlife singer, Anokye Supremo has passed away in India after a medical brain surgery.
The singer popularly known as Daddy Lumba Junior as earlier reported by YEN.com.gh had been fighting for his life in an Indian hospital.
The artiste had been in a coma for some days since the operation with surgeons hoping he was going to revive as soon as possible.
Anokye emerged in the headlines mainly as a Daddy Lumba look-alike who wanted to emulate the highlife legend's career.
As such, YEN.com.gh highlights some of Lumba's greatest hits that could be played at the funeral of Anokye Supremo.

1. Adaka Teaa
This is easily one of Daddy Lumba's most recognisable songs. It is thought of as a dirge reminding listeners of their mortality.

"Opono Hini Me" is a song where Daddy Lumba sings of a longing for his love and desire. Anokye Supremo did not quite meet the desires for his career.
3. Makra mo
This is also one of Lumba's famous dirges talking about how living beings need to cherish their times while alive. He warns that very soon, he may have to say goodbye to family and friends.
4. Mpempem
In this song, Lumba basically puts across the point that if a thousand hate him, he is sure a thousand more love him. Anokye Supremo was the beneficiary of kindness that got him medical attention India.
