YEN.com.gh reported earlier that highlife singer, Anokye Supremo has passed away in India after a medical brain surgery.

The singer popularly known as Daddy Lumba Junior as earlier reported by YEN.com.gh had been fighting for his life in an Indian hospital.

The artiste had been in a coma for some days since the operation with surgeons hoping he was going to revive as soon as possible.

Anokye emerged in the headlines mainly as a Daddy Lumba look-alike who wanted to emulate the highlife legend's career.
