A one-week observance ceremony has been held for Willi Roi, the late Artiste and Repertoire (A&R) manager of Zylofon Music.
The ceremony as earlier reported by YEN.com.gh came off on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Tema Community 7.
Roi's one-week observance drew many music stars and executives to the port city on Sunday.
In photos from the ceremony sighted by YEN.com.gh, music legends including the likes of Charles Amoah and Bessa Simmons were in Tema to mourn their colleague.
Young artistes like Kofi Kinaata, Opanka, Donzy, Feli Nuna and a host of others were also spotted at the one-week ceremony.
Zylofon Media employees including Sammy Baah Flex were among the mourners.
Also, music executives including Sarkodie's manager, Angel Town were also present.
Roi died on Sunday, February 10, 2019 in his apartment inside the Royal Richester Hotel at East Legon in Accra.
Reports indicate that there was blood oozing out of Roi's mouth when his body was found by security men at the apartment in his office.
Known privately as Kwesi Wilson, Roi was a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and a sound engineer (music producer).
Roi worked with the top artistes like Daddy Lumba, Fela, Sunny Ade, and Sunny Okussun in various roles.
Until his untimely demise, he was the head of Zylofon Arts Club.
