Ghanaian Dancehall champion Shatta Wale has revealed why he has never featured any woman since he started music over 20 years ago.

According to him, the women would not be able to go and adapt to his flow and would slow him down.

Shatta Wale explained that he likes to do things the hard way and the women would not find it convenient or comfortable.

This is contained in a video sighted by YEN.comgh in which Shatta Wale was granting an interview to Nana Ama McBrown on UTV.

She will spoil the song for me. Even the way I would want them to sing they won’t sing like that,” Shatta Wale stressed.

According to the Gborjor crooner, the farthest he can go with a female musician is to be featured in his music videos, but not the songs.

He disclosed that given the theme of his Mellisa song, he thought of considering a female musician for a feature, but he later discarded that idea.

Some fans have reacted to Shatta Wale’s revelation saying they have gained a lot of respect for him because of that:

Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has been featured by some female musicians including Sista Afia, Wendy Shay, Becca, and the late Ebony Reigns.

He sang Jeje Remix with Sista Afia, Driving license with Becca, Stevie Wonder with Wendy Shay, and Sponsor Remix with Ebony.

He explained that the females feature him because they believe he has some power to make their songs big hits.

Shatta Wale has also given one condition on which he will accept his militants back after he sacked them.
