Popular Ghanaian singer, Shatta Wale, recently got tongues wagging about a his relationship with fellow singer and Rufftown Records signee, Wendy Shay.

In a video currently causing a buzz on the internet, the Already crooner arrived at an event and left guests pleasantly surprised when he went on to peck Wendy on the cheek.

What has left fans even more curious about the celebrity pair is how Wendy looked at him when he approached her for a peck. One could argue there was a mix of pleasant emotions going through her mind.

Reports say that when Diamond Michelle Gbagonah, known within the Ghanaian entertainment circles as Michy, left the Shatta empire, Wendy Shay’s name readily popped up as the most likely person to win Shatta's heart.

Wendy has also deepened this assertion in numerous interviews and social media post.

However, nothing concrete has been established between Shay and Wale concerning any romantic relationship.

Regardless, the chemistry between the two began after their power collaboration on Wendy Shay’s ‘Steve Wonder’, has got many fans hopeful about them becoming an item.

In other news, the elder brother of veteran Ghanaian broadcaster, Kafui Dey, has reportedly died. Edward Sena Dey, 50, reportedly died on July 7, 2020.

The cause of death is yet to be known. News of Sena's death rapidly gained traction on social media following his demise. Family, friends and colleagues have been left completely devastated and some have expressed their grief via social media.
