Anita Afriyie: Gospel singer 'fights' her father in live video

- Gospel artiste Anita Afriyie has been caught in a nasty 'fight' with her father

- In a video, Afriyie is seen in a heated argument with her father in their house in the US

- According to the father, the singer had been making too much noise under the pretext of praising God

- But the singer will not budge, leading the father to describe her as an 'azaa' woman

Gospel singer Anita Afriyie has been involved in a fracas with her father at their base in the United States.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the Adehye Mogya hitmaker is seen in a heated exchange of words with her father at home.

From their exchanges, the singer's father was displeased with his daughter's habit of making noise in the house and wanted her to stop.

But Afriyie who was playing loud music and singing along refused to stop saying it was her birthday and that was how she was celebrating it.

This angered the father so much leading the heated argument between them.

"I don't care about your birthday. This is not a church," he said.

In one of his statements, the father describes Afriyie as a witch saying she could not 'manipulate' him with her powers.

He even goes on to describe his daughter as 'azaa', a popular Ghanaian term for tricksters/fraudsters, adding that the singer is not worshipping God as she portrays but was using that to make money.

Still adamant, Anita Afriyie tells her father that she was not going to stop playing music and praising God in the house.

She states that the father is not fair always finds fault with her actions because he does not love her.

Afriyie further tells the father since he was the one who brought her to America, he should send her back if he wants her to stop making noise in the house.

Unfortunately for the two, the gospel artiste was in a live video on social media when the fight happened and everything was captured.

In other news, award-winning rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, known widely as Medikal, has teased fellow rapper Eno Barony following the event.

The Omo Ada rapper took to Twitter to appease his compatriot after she indicated that she deserved to win the Best Rapper of the Year at the music award show.

Medikal posted a photo of the miniature keyholders given out to attendees of the 21st edition of the VGMAs and indicated that he was giving it out as a present to Eno Barony
