Meet accounting graduate who snubbed her cert to follow her passion as commercial artiste

- A UEW graduate by name Angelina Ampofo Asomaning who studied Accounting now works as a commercial artiste

- Angelina decided to do away with the career in line with her academic qualification after she was urged to do so by friends who were amazed by her talent

Angelina Ampofo Asomaning is a graduate from the University of Education, Winneba has veered off her academic career path to follow her passion.

In an interview with YEN.com.gh's Edward Asare, Angelina indicated that she is now dedicated full-time as a commercial artist, in line with her talent.

The young female artist is an old student of Aggrey Memorial AME Zion SHS and learned how to draw by herself at a very tender age.

According to her, she was able to make the bold decision after some of her friends looked at her amazing artworks and encouraged her to rather invest in her talent.

Meanwhile, as YEN.com.gh previously reported, Vincentia Fosuaa, a young Ghanaian woman has emerged as the best graduating graduate student at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA)

According to an official report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Upsa.edu.gh, it is indicated that Vincentia graduated with a Final Cumulative Grade Point Average (FCGPA) of 3.83.

Amidst cheers and commendations from her colleagues, the brilliant lady bagged MBA in Accounting and Finance at the 12th Congregation of the University
