Dancehall musician Emmanuel Andrews Samini, commonly known as Samini, has endorsed President Akufo-Addo, and announced that he will vote for him and the NPP in the December polls.
He said in these challenges world times, Ghana needs a leader and party that has empathy and wants to serve, and to bring hope for the next generation.
Samini stated that he trusts Akufo-Addo and the NPP to do just that, therefore, he will vote for him.
He made this announcement with a unique image he shared of Akufo-Addo designed as one giving hope to school children, perhaps, deduced from his Free SHS policy.
Samini wrote: “These are challenging times for the world. My Voice, My Vote will support Leadership that has empathy and serves to create a hopeful future for the next generation.”
His post has garnered massive responses as it stirred debate among Ghanaians.

Meanwhile, other celebrities, including Afia Schwar, Bibi Bright, Prince David Osei, Too Sweet Anan, have all endorsed the president.
In an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, five more known people who publicly declared their support for Akufo-Addo were also named.
These celebrities have rated Akufo-Addo as the most competent among all the presidential candidates for which reason they will vote for him to remain in power.
