Okyeame Kwame was born on April 17, 1976, in Kumasi, in the Ashanti region of Ghana. This means that he is 44 years old as of 2020. His younger brothers, Kwaku Nsiah Boamah and Kwaku Nsiah Amankwah are performers as well. Okyeame has only one sister; his other siblings are masculine.
Okyeame’s father was an accountant while his mother a tutor. Although the renowned songwriter and creative director’s childhood dream was to become a musician, his parents wanted him to become a doctor.
