A young Ghanaian lady, Juliet Obu, has met her untimely death under the most bizarre circumstances.
Obu, a 19-year-old twin staying at Doryumu in the Greater Accra region, has been allegedly murdered by her boyfriend after a scuffle over a phone.
According to the twin sister, the deceased recently got a new phone which is a Tecno Camon 15 which triggered a confrontation between her and her boyfriend.

The boy who was only identified as Shatta was said not to be pleased with the girl's new phone because he suspected it had been bought for her by another.
In the ensuing confrontation between the two lovers, the boy took the phone and smashed it on the ground.
After an intervention by the deceased's employer, the guy agreed to replace the phone he damaged.
In an interview with Adom FM on Tuesday, January 12, 2020, the deceased's twin indicated that she spoke to her sister a few hours before her murder.
According to her, the deceased had told her that the boyfriend had brought the new phone and also revealed that she [deceased] wanted to break up with Shatta.
In the evening, the bereaved sister continued, the deceased got a call in which she was being asked come outside.
Even though she resisted for some time, she decided to go when the person on the other end of the asked for water to drink.
The deceased, not long after her last phone call, was found in a pool of blood with her throat slit and other parts of her body cut.
The boyfriend who stays at Afienya, a town nearby, has since been on the run and is being chased by the police.
