Dr Michael K Obeng, a plastic surgeon who hails from Ghana but is based in the United States of America, is building a pharmaceutical plant in the country that is worth $11 million.
Starrfmonline.com reports that the renowned Ghanaian medical professional revealed that his underlying motivation behind this project is to strengthen pharmaceutical manufacturing in Africa.
This, according to Dr Obeng is in order to improve public health outcomes and to positively contribute to economic development across the continent.

Dr Michael K Obeng who is Harvard-trained and has won himself several awards experienced a major hitch when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020 and brought the construction to a halt.
However, the construction of the multimillion-dollar pharmaceutical plant is set to continue in Ghana this January 2021.
According to mikomedspa.com, Michael K Obeng is a former Chief of Plastic Surgery at St Elizabeth Boardman Health Centre in Ohio, US. A philanthropist, humanitarian, health-care consultant, and a visionary.

Photos of Shahadu's particulars making rounds on social media confirm that she graduated from the Ahmadiyya Senior High School where she studied General Science and got 4A1's, 3B2's and 1B3.
After bagging the brilliant grades, Shahadu could not afford to continue her education despite getting admitted to study Medicine because her father is unemployed and her mother only sells sachet water to make ends meet.
