Comic actor Funny Face, known in private life as Benson Nana Yaw Boateng, has landed himself in trouble.

Funny Face was recently arrested by personnel of the Ghana Police Service over a matter which has not been made public yet.

A video has popped up showing how the popular comic actor was accosted by a number of policemen.

The video sighted by YEN.com.gh shows the policeman dragging the comic actor away from his Range Rover which was parked by the roadside.

While being dragged, Funny Face resisted and fell down in the process, but he was still dragged to the police pickup nearby.

According to a man who seems to have recorded the video, the comedian received some slaps from the police.

Funny Face who shared the video on his page insulted the Ghana Police Service using unprintable words.

He also rained curses saying personnel of the service were going to be killed by armed robbers.

"...Armed robbers will continue to shoot and kill u all in JESUS name ✊ Amen #STOPPOLICEBRUTALITY ," he said.

After sharing the video, Funny Face's followers have been empathising with him.

"It's sad to see this hero, they are doing the worst but God is always for you Funny Face. We love you no matter what, shame to the officials who treated you like this. Unfair treatment at large. Shame ."
