The celebrity revealed that he wears Megan’s blood around his neck at all times.
The 30-year-old in a Valentine’s Day tribute on Instagram posted a drop of blood in something that looked like a transparent pendant.
He then attached emojis of a knife and drops of blood which symbolised the depth of his dedication to the Transformers actress.
"I wear your blood around my neck," Machine Gun Kelly wrote.
His fans were somewhat surprised and shocked when they read the caption and felt like the two were messing around with blood ties.
