Controversial fetish priestess, Nana Agradaa, has been released from police custody after spending days in cells.

Taking a cue from Akuapem Poloo who addressed the media after her release from Nsawam Prison, Agradaa has also organised a press conference.

At the press conference, she was clad in a white dress and flanked by her husband, Pastor Eric Oduro Kwarteng.

Just like Poloo who broke down in tears during her address at the press conference, Nana Agradaa was also emotional in her address to the media.

It has been almost one week since Agradaa had issues with the law and was put behind bars.

Nana Agradaa was busted during an operation by the National Communications Authority (NCA) on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.

The NCA's operation with the police was to shut down two TV stations belonging to Agradaa, ‘Thunder TV’ and ‘Ice 1 TV’.

A statement by the NCA indicated that Agradaa's stations which are located at Kasoa have expired licenses and were thus broadcasting without authorisation.

Agradaa's two stations were part of 49 TV stations to be closed down over issues of expired licenses.

After spending almost two days in custody, Agradaa was granted a self-recognisance bail in the sum of GHC500,000.
