Benson Chacha, the man believed to have been extorting cash from legislators, senators, cabinet secretaries and other Kenyans was arrested in Tanzania after weeks of laying low.
Latest developments reaching YEN.com.gh have it that Chacha claims to have CCTV footage of the escapades and dalliances with the politicians.
This adds a new twist to the already bizarre saga that has seen MPs and senior government officials swindled by the conniving Chacha.
It seems the MP slayer had perfected his skills of using his 'casava' to seduce the unsuspecting legislators into compromising situations before conning them and their colleagues.
Chacha was extorting money from MPs, senators and other government officials using the name of Murang'a Woman Representative Sabina Chege.
Benson registered a fake M-Pesa (mobile money) account under Chege's name to con her fellow MPs and led to the enraged legislator and other victims of his dubious trade calling for his immediate arrest.
Chacha was romantically linked to former Bomet Woman Rep Cecilia Ng'etich, before parting ways on Valentines Day and starting his new 'venture'.
