Kenyan man who conned MPs, senators slept with over 13 female MPs - police

- The 23-year-old conman who swindled MPs in Kenya was arrested in Tanzania after weeks of hiding

- Benson Chacha is alleged to have slept with over 13 female legislators

- Police officers also claim Chacha is in posession of footage of the escapades with the MPs

- He used MP Sabina Chege's name to swindle money from legislators and government officials

Benson Chacha, the man believed to have been extorting cash from legislators, senators, cabinet secretaries and other Kenyans was arrested in Tanzania after weeks of laying low.

According to police reports the suspect has been involved in intimate relationships with more than 13 female legislators.

Latest developments reaching YEN.com.gh have it that Chacha claims to have CCTV footage of the escapades and dalliances with the politicians.

This adds a new twist to the already bizarre saga that has seen MPs and senior government officials swindled by the conniving Chacha.

It seems the MP slayer had perfected his skills of using his 'casava' to seduce the unsuspecting legislators into compromising situations before conning them and their colleagues.

Chacha was extorting money from MPs, senators and other government officials using the name of Murang'a Woman Representative Sabina Chege.

Benson registered a fake M-Pesa (mobile money) account under Chege's name to con her fellow MPs and led to the enraged legislator and other victims of his dubious trade calling for his immediate arrest.

Among other high profilebigwigs who fell victim to Chacha's racket were National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi, Cabinet Secretaries Eugene Wamalwa, Peter Munya and Margaret Kobia.

Chacha was romantically linked to former Bomet Woman Rep Cecilia Ng'etich, before parting ways on Valentines Day and starting his new 'venture'.
