A 26-year-old African model called Nyakim Gatwech with deep Black skin has become a stunning sensation on social media with amazing photos flaunting her proud complexion.
Pulse.com.gh reports that the beautiful model was born in Sudan and became a refugee at camps in Ethiopia and Kenya before her family immigrated to the United States when she was 13 years old.
While in Africa, Nyakim Gatwech was never ashamed of her super dark skin and her South Sudanese heritage but she began to suffer abuse when she found herself on a White man’s land. She was a target of bullies simply because of her skin colour.

It is reported that many people the young lady interacted with while growing up had very negative opinions about her skin.
There were some people who literally feared her because of the glowing complexion while others cautioned her to just get rid of it by bleaching. Once, an Uber driver even asked her to bleach for $10,000.
According to the young lady, she has been blessed with the melanin skin and there was no cause to change it for any reason. To her, bleaching is totally needless and unnecessary.

In other news, a 16-year-old form-two student from Ada Technical Senior High School in the Greater Accra region by name Ivy Lartey has taken to part-time work to fund her vacation classes.
This has been because her parents were unable to provide for her. According to a short documentary by 3news.com, Ivy has been on vacation since December 19, 2020, and is expected to resume school on March 1.
This counts as a three-month period of holidays after spending only a month in school.
