Alannah George is a child prodigy who was officially named an ''intellectual genius'' after she earned an IQ score of 140 at the age of 4-years-old.

The child genius attained this milestone after she was tested by an educational psychologist, Dr Peter Congdon.

YEN.com.gh learned that, before entering the classroom, Alannah had already started forming complete sentences at the age of 18 months.

The child prodigy taught herself how to read and, at the age of three, she could read.

Alannah made history at the age of four when she became the UK’s second youngest member of Mensa, which is the world’s largest and oldest high IQ society.

Two-year-old Elise Tan-Roberts inked her name in the history books when she became the youngest person to join Mensa in 2009.

Alannah prefers to watch Endless Numbers on YouTube rather than cartoons. Her parents have been her biggest supporters as they continue to ensure their daughter is fulfilled and happy.

In a related story, at the age of just four years old, New Orleans native, Anala Beevers, was reported to possess an IQ of over 145. Her natural genius helped her learn the alphabet at just four months old.

YEN.com.gh gathered that when she was born she would mouth the ABCs along with her mother, Sabrina Beevers.

At just 10 months old, Beevers could identify and point to each letter, and by 18 months she was reciting numbers in both Spanish and English.
