A 46-year-old woman from the United States has arrived Nigeria to marry her 23-year-old lover from Kano.

Pictures of the couple were shared on Instagram as their wedding approaches.

While some Nigerians think it is a case of true love, others are not too convinced as they believe the young man is in the relationship for a green card.

It had previously reported that a 22-year-old Nigerian man showed that age is just a number when it comes to love as he married his 48-year-old lover at the Ikoyi Registry in Lagos.

Pictures of the newlyweds were posted on Instagram by @instablog9ja and sighted by YEN.com.gh.

Young men have been walking down the aisle with older lovers in recent times as they believe that age is just a number in relationships.

It should, however, be noted that while some of these men have genuine love for their older lovers, others simply tie the knot because of the financial gains attached to the marriage.
