In the trending video, the sixty-six-year-old politician looked dapper in a long-sleeve denim-on-denim ensemble as he arrived at the Papao farms.
President Mahama took possession of his umbrella from his security guard as he arrived at the event despite the rain.
Many social media users have described the member of the National Democratic Congress as a selfless leader after the video surfaced online.
President Mahama's visit aligned with his policies to empower the youth and foster economic growth through agriculture.

In another video, President John Dramani Mahama toured Papao farms to inspect the quality eggs and healthy poultry, as they motivate the youth to take up agric courses in school.
Papao Farms, known for its farm-fresh chicken and eggs, has gradually become one of the biggest poultry farms in Ghana.

Afenyo-Markin reports President Mahama to UK government
In an interview with a UK government official, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, the minority leader of parliament, detailed the "excesses" of the administration of President John Dramani Mahama.
Speaking before the Ghanaian Parliament during a visit by UK Minister for International Development Baroness Chapman, Afenyo-Markin condemned the dismissal of Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo, calling it a political move rather than an attempt to hold people accountable.
