President John Dramani Mahama has demonstrated humility as he took possession of his umbrella in a viral video.

The sixth President of the Fourth Republic of Ghana visited Papao for National Service Authority Chicken Sales on September 12, 2025.

President Mahama holds his own umbrella

In the trending video, the sixty-six-year-old politician looked dapper in a long-sleeve denim-on-denim ensemble as he arrived at the Papao farms.

President Mahama took possession of his umbrella from his security guard as he arrived at the event despite the rain.

Many social media users have described the member of the National Democratic Congress as a selfless leader after the video surfaced online.

In another video, President John Dramani Mahama toured Papao farms to inspect the quality eggs and healthy poultry, as they motivate the youth to take up agric courses in school.

Papao Farms, known for its farm-fresh chicken and eggs, has gradually become one of the biggest poultry farms in Ghana.
