An alleged neighbour of the late Ghanaian TikToker Osanju has opened up on the last moments of the deceased content creator’s life.

Osanju’s death was reported in the morning of Monday, September 1, 2025.
Videos from his social media pages showed that he watched the Spanish La Liga game between Barcelona and Rayo Vallecano on the night of Sunday, August 31, hours before his death.

According to reports, Osanju fell ill during the night and was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital.
He was subsequently transferred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) but sadly passed away.
Osanju’s alleged neighbour speaks on last moments
A woman claiming to be Osanju’s neighbour has opened up on the final moments of the late TikToker’s life.
She said that he fell ill in the early hours of September 1. The lady then rushed to his room where she found him on the floor.
"When I entered the room, he had thrown up. I asked him what was wrong, and he said he had a headache. I asked him if he had taken his (cancer) medicine, and he said he had taken it as well as paracetamol. I also saw that he was having trouble breathing.” she claimed.
Osanju's neighbour continued to claim that she went out to find a car for him to be rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital.
She said he continued to have difficulty breathing during the journey to the hospital, and he was placed on oxygen immediately they arrived.

Osanju’s last ambulance ride
In another video seen by YEN.com.gh, Osanju’s alleged neighbour shared details on his final moments in an ambulance.
She said soon after their arrival at Mount Sinai Hospital, a decision was made to transfer the TikToker to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH).
She claimed that she sensed that Osanju was dead by the time the decision was made but became reassured when the doctor in the ambulance kept attending to him.
"When they put the oxygen on him, I believe they realised he had died because once we entered the ambulance, I became very scared. However, there was a doctor beside me attending to him, so I felt reassured." she said.

Physician's reactions to Osanju's conditon

“He had cancer of the blood, and his red blood cells were not functioning properly. Red blood cells carry oxygen. Leukaemia actually occurs in the bone, where red blood cells are produced. So, when the bone marrow cannot produce red blood cells, the process is interrupted, and in this case, he couldn’t breathe.” she explained
Osanju's father breaks silence on his death
Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Osanju's father wept bitterly as he spoke about his son's death for the first time.
In an interview, Agya K, as he's known, sent a message to his son's spirit, entreating him to take action if his death was the result of a spiritual plot against him.
