The government had previously indicated that all successful applicants would be contacted via SMS.
In a TikTok video shared by content creator @update_tv_gh, it was explained that several applicants had complained about the delay, expressing concern and uncertainty over their application status.
“I know several qualified applicants who have still not received the SMS that the Ministry of Interior had communicated would be sent,” the creator said.
The delay has caused frustration among candidates, many of whom are unsure where they stand in the recruitment process.
The ministry had initially stated that SMS notifications would be sent from March 29 to March 31, 2026. As of April 1, 2026, the applicants have reportedly received neither the messages nor any official update explaining the reasons for the delay or the next steps to follow.
The situation has raised questions about communication and the management of the recruitment process, leaving qualified candidates anxious as deadlines elapse.
