Ten Hag shares plan for Man United

In an interview with the BBC, the 54-year-old emphasised that his focus is on implementing the team's new project above all else.

The Dutch manager highlighted that advancing this project is more important than any personal accolades his side might pursue this season.

"We aim to build better teams and develop better players to achieve greater success. We’ve won two trophies, but our ambitions remain high," Ten Hag stated.
"I firmly believe it’s possible to win another trophy, but that’s not my primary goal. It’s not about me; it’s about the club. The club must come first. Everyone needs to align with this greater purpose. It’s about unity and collective effort to achieve at the highest level."
