Bodyguard of Deputy Health Minister deals in guns – NDC Communicator

- An NDC Communicator, Eric Appiah Adjei is alleged to have accused the bodyguard of the Deputy Health Minister, Tina Mensah, of dealing with armed robbers

- According to him, the unnamed bodyguard rents and sells firearms to the armed robbers

Eric Appiah-Adjei, a Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is reported to have claimed that the bodyguard of the Deputy Health Minister, Tina Mensah, works with armed robbers.

Information obtained from rainbowradioonline.com suggests that Appiah-Agyei repeated his words when queried on Thursday, May 3, 2018.

According to him, ‘’Rainbow Radio is not responsible for this statement. Eric Appiah-Adjei should be held responsible for this allegation.’’

He went ahead to say that the unidentified bodyguard, who rents and sells guns to armed robbers is a police officer.

‘’Have you not heard that Tina Mensah’s bodyguard is selling and renting guns to armed robbers? This is not an allegation but a fact. Eric Adjei said it not Rainbow Radio.”, he said.

He further wondered how such an act could be covered up, given the security implications of the situation.

The Deputy Minister is however yet to comment on the matter.
