Kumawood actor and musician, Lil Win has been caught in another 'song stealing' scandal as one Kumasi-based rapper has threatened to sue him over a song.

Lil Win recently released a song titled 'Ayeyi' which features Andy Odarky, the 1st runner-up of the maiden edition of TV3's Mentor show.

But according to Andy, Lil Win is not the rightful owner of the song as he had put it out.

Speaking Zylofon FM’s Showbiz Agenda on Thursday, Andy revealed that the song was composed by him as part of a proposed deal to sign him to Lil Win's Weezy Empire record label.

"We were supposed to sign a contract last year. It was Boss Nation now Weezy Empire but it was Boss nation that said they were going to sign me on their record label. So they wanted Kojo Nkansah and me to have something on our own so they can use it for song of the signing.

"Kojo Nkansah can’t write a song. All the songs he brought out was written by people. So I was told to record a song for him so when he gets back from his Europe tour, I can tell him his part. So I wrote the song it was a bit difficult because his timing was bad,“ Zionfelix reported Andy as saying.

Explaining why he had decided to speak up now, Andy revealed that he felt cheated because Lil Win released the audio and video of the song online without even notifying him.
