Neymar is set to attend his sister’s birthday for the fifth time in a row after he was ruled out of action for the umpteenth at his club.

According to a UK Sun report, the Selecao captain in the past four years has been around his sister Rafaella Beckran while celebrating her birthday through injury or suspension.

And now after suffering an ankle injury, the Paris Saint-Germain star is in line for another appearance during his sister’s birthday bash for a fifth consecutive time

Interestingly, after suffering a foot injury Neymar went through medical checks at PSG and it was discovered that he will be sidelined for two months and two weeks.

The Brazilian is now expected to sit out February’s two Champions League knock-out round clash against Manchester United.

However, it is not a guarantee that Neymar will be with Rafaella, when she marks her 23rd birthday anniversary on March 11.

The model, who has more than 3.7million Instagram followers, became famous with a World Cup-themed advert for Beats By Dre in 2014.

Rafaella reportedly changed her last name from "Da Silva Santos" to "Beckran" due to idolising the now-retired former England skipper David Beckham.

But Neymar's continuing availability for her big days, and their relaxed photos together, suggest brotherly love is as strong as her adoration for Becks.

Neymar's YEN.com.gh reported Neymar will spend the next ten weeks on the sidelines due to right foot injury he sustained in a round of 16 match against Strasbourg on January 23.

In an official statement released by Paris Saint-Germain, the main man will be out of action until April, which will be a huge blow to their Champions League campaign this season.

Strasbourg midfielder Moataz Zemzemi kicked the 27-year-old thrice in quick succession and it is understood it resulted into the metatarsal injury on his right foot.
