1st runner-up of Miss Ghana 2019 resigns
The resignation controversy surrounding the Miss Ghana beauty pageant seem not to go away.
JoyNews report indicates that the first runner-up of the 2019 edition of the pageant has also resigned.
According to Myjoyonline.com, the first runner-up of Miss Ghana 2019, Sarah Odei Amoani handed in her resignation letter to the organiser Inna Patty.

The story further revealed that Sarah Odei Amoani was not happy with certain demands required of her .
Although she wants to quit, JoyNews’ sources say the organiser, Inna Patty, is yet to give in to the conditions suggested by Miss Amoani for an amicable termination.
Meanwhile, Miss Odei Amoani is currently out of the country.
Sarah Odei Amoani came second to Rebecca Nana Adwoa Kwabi (winner) at the finale held July 6, 2019 at the Kempinski Hotel. Deborah Opoku Sarfo was adjudged, 2nd runner-up.
She now joins a tall list of winners who have resigned from the beauty pageant in the last couple of years.

Giuseppina Nana Akua Baafi - Miss Ghana 2013
Margaret Kuma-Mintah - 1st runner-up (2013)
