YOLO actor King George gets Chevening scholarship to do masters in the UK

YOLO actor King George known in real life as Desmond Danso Sakyi has been given scholarship to study in the United Kingdom (UK).
The scholarship offered through the UK Foreign Office's Chevening Awards will see King George studying for a masters degree at the University for the Creative Arts.

According to the YOLO star he will be pursuing a Master of Arts degree Global Media Management at the university's Business School for Creative Arts.

Announcing the scholarship offer to his fans on social media, King George expressed gratitude to his mother and all those who have ever believed in him.
“I am extremely blessed to be awarded the most prestigious scholarship in the world (@cheveningfco)! I now join the coveted league of Chevening scholars to study for an M.A in Global Media Management at the Business School for Creative Industries in @UniCreativeArts !
"I dedicate this honor to anyone who has ever believed in me and everyone who was involved in this cumbersome but highly rewarding process! Especially my mother -who discovered early, my love to create! My bosses! My family and friends who have literally taken every step of this journey with me thus far – and to all of Ghana!

From his posts on social media, King George is already in the UK and has started his studies.

In other news, award-winning rapper Sarkodie has released a new song titled Saara which features songstress Efya.
The song released on Friday, September 27, 2019, comes off the Highest rapper's Black Love album.
