Landlord almost weeps after tenants mess up his house; heartbreaking photos drop

- A man has shared photos of his messed up house after he rented it out to tenants for two years

- According to him, he only realized his tenants had deserted the house after he received a call from the Department of Works and Pensions

- He stated that he left the house in an immaculate condition and almost broke down in tears after seeing it again

Information available shows that the landlord broke down in tears when he saw the state of his house.

Per a report by celebritiesbuzz.com.gh, Daniel Needes, from Bridgend in Wales, rented out the house for two years.

According to him, the house was left in an “immaculate condition” and refurbished after it was renovated by his late father.

Less than two years later, the tenants moved out without notice and Needes was shocked to discover the state of the house.

He was prompted to check the state of the house after he received a letter from the Department for Work and Pensions, which paid the rent directly to Daniel, saying payments had stopped because he was no longer their landlord.

He explained that “I went down to the house as soon as I could and that’s when I saw what they’d done. To be honest, when I first saw it I nearly cried. They had completely trashed it.”

In other news, a Twitter user who identifies herself has @UrModa, has revealed that her boyfriend recently bought her a house and a car.

According to her, she stayed with him during the time he had nothing to his name and in that regard, advised women to stay with their men when the going gets tough.

She added that she is convinced it is the best course of action for women to stay with their men because there is always a brighter day for a hustler.

Celebritiesbuzz.com.gh reports that she disclosed she has dated her man for seven years.
