It is common to see celebrities constantly go on social media to announce their latest achievements from house properties, fancy rides and expensive vacations. While this is often done to keep their fans and followers abreast with their activities, there are some who live for social media validation.

Well, Genevieve has proven that one can pull some big money moves without splashing it all over the internet.

From jaw-dropping property acquisitions to impressive investments, the Lion Heart star seems to be cashing out big time and we can't help but stan her!

Below are 5 times the Nollywood icon proved she's got the cash and is certainly not our mates:

1. When she built an estate in Abuja - an estate she currently owns

This is one of Nnaji's major moves that continue to leave fans in awe. She literally shut down the internet with news of the acquisition of a block of apartments in Abuja.

Although the beautiful thespian took to social media to share a series of photos during several stages of construction, she didn't outrightly come out to claim ownership of the properties.

This led some people to opine that Genevieve is an ambassador of Stick and Stones Homes, the real estate company who built the place.

Another group of people claimed the actress just bought a home from the estate firm at N29.9m and was in the estate to see the progress of work being done.

2. Her constant expensive vacations

Just as she works hard, Genevieve also loves to go on vacations. The Nollywood sweetheart often times vacays in fancy restaurants in exotic countries.

Scarcely scattered all over her social media pages are stunning photos of herself either chilling at the beach or eating exotic dishes at high-end restaurants.

It doesn't take rocket science to imagine the amount of money that goes into such trips.

3. When she bought a $4 million house in Accra

In early 2015, a report by City People Magazine claimed the movie star acquired a $4 million (N1.5 billion) mansion in Accra.

According to the report, the house is located in the Achimota area of Ghana. This is clear evidence that the actress is balling on a whole different level!

4. Becoming a member of the Oscars voting body

Genevieve is one of the few Nigerians who have been invited to join the Oscars voting body. The Oscars had been trying to diversify their Academy members after they came under backlash for being ‘so white’.

The Oscars has now increased its voting body with 45% being women and 35% being from underrepresented ethnic or racial communities.

A new list was recently released of the new invitees of the voting body and it included the Nollywood actress, Nigerian-British actress Cynthia Erivo and Nigerian filmmaker Akin Omotosho.

5. When she got herself a G-Wagon for her 35th birthday

A few years ago, the actress celebrated her 35th birthday and spoiled herself by acquiring a 2013 Mercedes Benz G Wagon (G 63) AMG reportedly worth N40 million.

The car didn't just come with any old plate number either, Genevieve made sure to get customized plate numbers for the car that read Eve.
