Gospel singer, Anita Afriyie, has reconciled with her father after their infamous banter on social media a few days ago.
As earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, Anita Afriyie was involved in a fracas with her father at their base in the United States on Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
In a video which went viral, the Adehye Mogya hitmaker was seen in a heated exchange of words with her father at home.
From their exchanges, the singer's father was displeased with his daughter's habit of making noise in the house and wanted her to stop.
Afriyie who was playing loud music and singing along refused to stop saying it was her birthday and that was how she was celebrating it.
This angered the father so much leading the heated argument between them.
In one of his statements, the father describes Afriyie as a witch saying she could not 'manipulate' him with her powers.
He even goes on to describe his daughter as 'azaa', a popular Ghanaian term for tricksters/fraudsters, adding that the singer is not worshipping God as she portrays but was using that to make money.
But in a new video shared on social media, the father seems to have come back as together as one happy family.
In the new video, Anita is seen singing and dancing in her father’s house while the old man himself joins her to show they have smoked the peace pipe.
