Two photos of a young black man and his old white lover in a wedding dress have gone viral and people are saying all sorts about them.

A Twitter user, @Emmylexxz, posted the pictures online as he hinted that the marriage could be the boy's get-away card from poverty.

In one of the snaps, the boy held his woman's hand as he looked longingly into her eyes like two people in love would do.

As at the time of writing this report, the tweet has gathered over 5,000 likes with many quoted replies from many Nigerians.

Meanwhile,YEN.com.gh earlier reported that a Nigerian man identified with the handle @Kaylechi_ on Twitter is over the moon as his older white lover accepted his proposal for marriage.

In a post he made on the platform on Monday, November 23, the man said that the love they have for each other is real. The attached photos showed the woman visibly happy as she held flowers.

In related news, another Nigerian man with the Twitter name Tare Brisibe got many talking on social media after he shared his wedding photo with his Romanian bride.

He titled “To have and to hold”, he shared four pictures of the bride in a beautiful print as they both wore facemasks.

Many wished the couple well. While some Nigerians suggested that the marriage could be an arranged one for citizenship, others countered, saying the man married the person his heart wanted.
