The Ghanaian Afrobeat singer, Kelvyn Brown, famously known as Kelvyn Boy, has lost his father, Solomon Owusu Yeboah.
The former Burniton Music Group signee announced the unexpected demise of his father in a heartbreaking post on Sunday, December 13, 2020.
Kelvyn Boy has not disclosed the cause of his father's death.
''I Woke Up to the painful news of the loss of my dad. Oh what a year ♂️ Rest Well Mr Solomon Owusu Yeboah...till we meet again. God always knows best,'' his post read on Instagram.
Kelvyn Boy's manager, Kwabena Derrick-Diddy, has also taken to social media to mourn with him.
''It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Solomon Owusu Yeboah. Father of singer Kelvynboy. May His Soul rest in Perfect peace Till we meet again.''
Fans of Kelvyn Boy have also commented their condolences.
Iamphylxgh indicated that he was sorry for Kelvyn's loss.
He wrote: ''Sorry King! My condolences to you and your family .''
The Ghanaian comic actor @kalybos1 also wrote: ''My condolence superstar.... hmm such a sad news. Be strong .''
