Obour cuts his signature dreadlocks ahead of his 40th birthday (photos)

Ghanaian rapper-turned-politician Obour, known in private life as Bice Osei Kuffuor, will celebrate his 40 years of his birth this year.
Born on November 7, 1981, Obour is a whole 10 months away from attaining a new age and celebrating his 40th birthday.
But in anticipation of his milestone, the former MUSIGHA president has got a brand new look. Obour hs cut off his signature dreadlocks.
The award-winning rapper who contested NPP's parliamentary primaries in Asante Akyem South in the Ashanti region show of his new look on January 7, 2021.
In the new photos sighted by YEN.com.gh was sighted wearing a green and yellow boubou while he stood in a large compound.
With his arms open, Obour looked anew without his long-kept dreadlocks which had been his hairstyle since he burst onto the scene almost 20 years ago.
From his caption, Obour seems to have made it a point to cut off the dreadlocks to project a new look into his 40s.
"Stepping out in 2021....my 40th year with my new look, " his caption read.
Later YEN.com.gh sighted another photo of Obour without dreadlocks on popular Instagram blog, Sweet_maame_adwoa.
Obour's new look has coincided with the investiture of President Nana Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
As previously reported by YEN.com.gh, Akufo-Addo and Bawumia were sworn-in for their second term in office on Thursday, January 7, 2021.
But the inauguration did not come without some drama as there was chaos in Parliament prior to the swearing-in of Akufo-Addo and Bawumia.
