Talent manager, Blakk Cedi faced an uncomfortable moment when he had to step on stage to receive a 2021 4StyeTV award on behalf of his former client, Stonebwoy.

On September 20, 2019, YEN.com.gh reported that the latter had confirmed the end of their working relationship after initial reports of disagreement in their camp.

Stonebwoy won two awards: 'Best Special Effect' and 'Overall Best Video' for his song, Everlasting off his Anloga Junction album, however, he was not available to pick the awards.

The mantle, somehow, fell on his now-estranged manager to do the honours.

"It's my first time ever doing this, 4Syte (TV) got me but out of love, I have to do this. It's always one perfect love. Thank you," said an obviously uncomfortable Cedi.

In other news, Shatta Wale, known in private life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, has reacted to the news that he and his boys attacked some road constructors in Accra.

A video popped up on Monday, May 31, 2021, showing Shatta Wale and some of his boys in hot exchanges on a street.

The initial story to the video was that Shatta Wale and his boys have attacked the road construction workers for blocking them from using the road.

Some of the reports even suggested that Shatta Wale had ordered his boys to go and beat the constructors.

But in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM's Daybreak Hitz on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, Shatta Wale has denied the reports. According to him, the exchanges seen in the video were because he and his boys went to the site to ask for the contractor's number.
