Top NDC guru, Josiah Arhee dies at 64

Former general secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joisah Aryee is reported dead, Starrfmonline online reveals.

So far, it remains unsure what may have caused his death but suspicions are that he died in Accra after a short illness. He was 64.
