Daddy Lumba's first girlfriend, Theresa Abebrese passes away

It has been confirmed that the muse behind Highlife legend, Daddy Lumba’s popular song ‘Theresa’ has died.

According to Lumba’s manager, Roman Father, Theresa Abebrese aka Nana Konadu, passed away in Kumasi after a short illness.

Theresa was said to be Daddy Lumba’s first girlfriend whom he met in Juaben Secondary School, where they were both pursuing their secondary school education.

His love for her inspired the hit song, Theresa, whom he adorns with praises of love throughout the song.
