According to him, the data released by WAEC for the 2020 WASSCE showed that the beneficiaries of the FSHS programme scored the highest number of ‘A’s in all eight subjects.

He added that 70% of Nigerian students of the total number of candidates had only 54 ‘A’s in all eight subjects.

Dr. Bawumia made these analyses and comparisons when he addressed the closing session of the 2021 Ramadan Fatsir, organised by the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, at the Central Mosque in Accra, over the weekend.
