A Ghanaian auto mechanic, Jumor Frank, has established that he has no regrets about relocating to Ghana from Italy to work in the automobile industry.
According to him, Ghana has an enabling environment in relation to peace for entrepreneurs and businesses to thrive.
Frank opined that although there are challenges, aspiring business owners can make it in the country if they put down the right measures and apply truth in their dealings.
Speaking to Kofi TV's Stephen Kofi Adoma, Frank asserted that one can attain success in Ghana without traveling outside the country.

He explained that what makes a person successful is hard work and staying true with their work, as there are people resident abroad but are struggling because they don't apply themselves.
''First, it is God who blesses, then hard work. Some people are living abroad but are lazy; how can you make it?''
''If you want to make it, work hard, be truthful with your work, and fear God. You don't have to travel outside Ghana before you can attain success or thrive,'' he said.

According to the entrepreneur who has been involved in farming all his life, he enjoys farming and that serves as a source of motivation for him.
While in the US, Dr Ankoma-Amoa invested a huge sum in a cocoa farm in Ghana with 16 labourers working for him before he moved back home after almost three decades to continue.
