AT Launches CASHATHON: Customers To Win Over GHS 230,000 In Cash Prizes

Accra, 9th May 2024 – AT, formerly AirtelTigo, Ghana’s innovative telecommunications company, is thrilled to announce the launch of its latest promotion, CASHATHON. Following the success of previous campaigns like Play4Cash, this promotion offers AT customers an opportunity to win their share of over GHS 230,000 in cash prizes.

The CASHATHON promotion will allow both existing and new customers to win up to GHS 8,000 in cash every week. Additionally, the promotion will culminate in the awarding of Grand Cash Prizes of GHS 50,000, GHS 30,000, and GHS 20,000 to the top three winners with the highest points at the end of the four-month-long promotion.

He further elaborated, “With minimal customer investment, CASHATHON promises to reward participants with amazing weekly cash prizes, ranging from GHS 500 to GHS 2,000. The CASHATHON promo operates strictly on a highest points basis. By answering questions, participants build points and stand a bright chance of winning their share of over GHS 230,000 in cash prizes.” He also encouraged AT customers to partake in the promo to earn loads of cash.

The AT CASHATHON promo is organized in partnership with Kunim Global Limited and is supervised by the National Lottery Authority, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the promotion.

Key Highlights of CASHATHON:

• AT customers can join the promotion by sending “Start” (by SMS) to 4421 or via the URL

• Participants will be charged a daily renewal fee of 70 pesewas, for which they will be rewarded with 100 points.

• Answering Daily SMS trivia costs 40 pesewas per question. Correct answers will earn the participant 100 points, while incorrect answers will earn 50 points.

• Participants can send ‘Points’ to short code 4421 to check their accumulated points.

• To buy more points, send “Buy” to the SMS short code 4421. Participants can choose to purchase points in bulk at various pricing tiers: GHS5 for 1,000 points, GHS10 for 2,500 points, and GHS20 for 6,000 points.
