US rapper and producer Sean 'Diddy' Combs's homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by police on Monday, March 25, amidst an ongoing trafficking investigation.

Police storm Diddy's homes

Aerial footage showed heavily armed federal agents wearing Homeland Security vests gathered in Diddy's backyard.

There were armoured tracks, and officers could be seen entering and exiting Diddy's homes hours after the search began.

Two men, who were later identified as Diddy's sons, were detained outside the mansions during the raid.

However, the mogul's sons were released without charges after the search in line with standard procedure, ABC news reports.

"Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners, Homeland Security Investigations said In a statement seen by ABC news.

Diddy's legal troubles

The US rapper has been embroiled in controversy over the past few facing several lawsuits spanning physical abuse, sexual assault, and other serious accusations.

His ex-girlfriend Cassie Venture filed a lawsuit against him in November 2023, saying she had suffered abuse, violence and sex trafficking at Diddy's hands.

Following Cassie's suit, which was settled a day after filing, several other people came forward with serious accusations against Diddy.

Former employee sues Diddy for sexual assault

One of them was a former male employee of the mogul who accused him of sexual assault.

According to The South African, the employee, who didn't want to be identified, filed a lawsuit at the federal court in New York City.

In the suit, the former employee accused him of repeated instances of unsolicited groping and sexual touching.

He further accused him of soliciting prostitutes and pressuring him to have sex with said prostitutes.

He further described an event when he woke up in bed with two sex workers; he suspected that he had been drugged.
