Passion Air is an airline in Ghana which was formerly known as DAC International. It was founded by a businessman Edward Annan together with the DAC Aviation of Kenya. It was founded in 2017 and gained an air operator’s certificate in December the same year. It was launched in August 2018. It is located in Accra in Ghana and its main office is at Kotoka International Airport.

After Passion Air was launched, it started its operation under the Passion Air brand using Bombardier Dash 8 Q400. It is currently a domestic airline that serves domestic flights from the Kotoka International Airport and flies up to four destinations including Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi.
It is the largest domestic Airline in Ghana based on the passenger’s seating capacity of a single aircraft. However, the company has plans of expanding its destinations to other parts of West Africa. This is in line with the reasons for its formation.

Passion air baggage
