Korle Klottey MP, Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings, left many Ghanaians in awe when she lifted a barbell with ease at the 2025 edition of the Homowo Bodyfest that was held in Osu on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Zanetor lifts a barbell

Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings decided not to be a spectator at the recently held Homowo Bodyfest but rather a participant.

In videos trending on social media, the Korle-Klottey Member of Parliament took the challenge as she lifted a barbell ten times.

Before she began her first rep, a macho man carefully strapped her wrists to the barbell and offered her some safety instructions.

Onlookers were heard counting at the top of their voices each time she lifted the barbell, which she did with so much ease while keeping a straight face.

When she was done, she exchanged a warm hug with the fitness instructor amid the reception of loud cheers and applause from the crowd.

At the same fitness event, Dr Agyeman-Rawlings joined a Taekwondo demonstration team as they showcased their skills with the help of an instructor.
