Poco Lee reportedly on remand, hearing set

Political analyst and community advocate OLUOMO OF DERBY addressed the situation directly on X, claiming to confirm details of Poco Lee's current status.

He wrote:

"I can confirm that the reports are true. Poco Lee is currently on remand in a UK prison. His next court date is scheduled for the second week of September, when he is expected to have a plea hearing. At this hearing, he will typically enter a plea of either guilty, meaning he admits to the offence, or not guilty, meaning he denies the offence."

He went on to explain his own involvement in the matter, adding:

"I will also be attending the court proceedings as part of my support for the Nigerian community in the UK, to ensure that our fellow Nigerian receives the appropriate support during this difficult period of his life. Supporting members of our community in situations like this is something I do regularly."
